Thats where all the jobs are that needs these degrees. Other than that, many jobs dont require other types.
I have a BA in psychology and I am working at verizon with other guys who only had “some college”

You need to have a goal…..something like Nursing or Engineering in order to get a job. It’s hard to get a job if you major in Art History or Language History etc……..You need to have something specific in mind. Something that is in demand. But, overall, I would say that college is not a waste of time. You learn a lot more than just school stuff.

My diploma hanging on the big boss and no experience but she made about 50k annual looked at my business bs ba etc is just stepping stone im sorry to say my younger than me boss has only high school degree and just stepping stone im sorry to say.

The more education you have, the more successful you will be in life - no matter what your degree is in. Generally, people with a college degree earn more in their lifetime than those without a college degree. I just finished watching a dvd in which Donald Trump spoke about this exact subject. He said that although you can be successful without a college education, those with a college degree have an advantage.
