After college degree, will I start at E3 if choosing to enlist in Navy Reserve?

I’m just wondering if same can go for enlisted side? I’m also wondering what it takes to start at E5 or higher in USNR for someone like me with a college degree? I already did my homework on officer side. Just trying to understand enlisted side.
