Is a college degree even worth the money that you pay for it?

Right now I am getting my associates degree in english at a community college. I plan to get my bachelor’s in business management or criminal justice. (We’ll see). With all the crap that they put you through, I am thinking that it would be better to go to technical school.

College Degree vs a college certificate or diploma program?
