What can I do for work without a college degree that doesnt involve driving or heavy physical work?

I am 49 years old, have no college degree, have pt business for 15 years, am working full time in heavy physical job but now have serious back problems, am getting better but still need more time. Am still working job, but am drugged up daily to perform it.
