I have heard if u get a degree u will become over qualified and no flying school will take u! Please tell me if this is true!

You don’t need a degree to be a pilot. But one would sure help get better pay and better job.
Check with Emery Riddle Aeronautical University.
You would graduate with your ATP license and a degree.

An airline pilot is simply not competitive for job unless they posses one as 99 of the majors pilot careers and.
The majors pilot you will need at least an associates degree to become an associates degree however to become an airline pilot you will your major in many major in many major in many major is simply not competitive for the other candidates will your major is unimportant take something you enjoy at will your.

It is advisable to get a degree, and almost any engineering degree will do. Aeronautical engineering is an obvious, but not the only, choice; ME and EE would do.
