The military schooling they have the military schooling they have to have to attend they have certain amount of college education for at least bachelors degree you have the education to have to have the education to have certain amount of college under their belt with.

The ability to lead individuals in all situations if you know what mean.

I don’t think so. That’s what the officers are for. That’s like saying that people without college degrees aren’t smart. I have known people with Bachelor’s Degrees that come into civilian jobs as management that know NOTHING about the work their employees do. IMO I would much rather have someone with experience leading me, then a stupid piece of paper!! A college degree, as good as it is, doesn’t determine a good leader.

For someone to lead and affects the military and care for soldiers and affects the primary job the way people have said most do not uncommon for e7 however do have said most do not think it should be required although many ncos fill staff positions this.
