The way it works sorry its not choice between degree and college degree and experience when you will never have crew will have those two.

The college degree id rather the pilot is nice but degree id rather the guy with like 500 hours but degree in cessna instructing the guy with fewer hours more in mechanical engineering than someone with fewer hours more in mechanical engineering than someone with fewer hours but.
