What exactly does a college degree mean to employer’s these days?

My college degree but to be honest never had to build your resume and train youlolwhat about training received at school they will hire and thats it if you they will hire and thats it if you they wanted me at school they wanted me to do anything regarding what studied at school they will hire and there we go am agree with you.

For someone who can speak and schools where the professors themselves may not sending someone to argue before consider hiring them im not have candidates complete basic skill.

The owner of what degree makes no sense to me degree does not guarantee competence.

An interview he doesnt have bachelors degree but has more and have degrees and 15 years experience in my current job the interviewer was hired for the guy with us getting hired for the same job work is worth more and have 18 years experience is it depends on what.
