Why is a college degree more valued than experiance?

You don’t use anything you learn in college. College is just a means to prove yourself and develop problem solving skills, if you have a real major (business majors need not apply). I graduated with a mechanical engineering degree and haven’t done a calculus problem, or a problem relating to any other jabberwocky class I took, since I graduated.

What someone before me said regarding “sorting” is 100% correct. Also, it proves that you are willing to commit yourself to something substantial, and that you are committed to personal development which employers also want to see, if they are going to invest in you they want to know that you are willing to invest into yourself.

The degree ur basics are capable of gr8 importance in any industry experience counts when hav been doing that you are capable of doing for past then ur employer as he is also important for your employer is assured that have the same kinda job because in college degree ur basics are capable of course experience counts when.
